Annual General Meeting of Samverk 2026

The Annual General Meeting of Samverk will be held on Saturday March 21st 2026 at 5:00 pm
at Hotel Hilton.

Agenda

1. Election of the chair of the meeting.
2. The Chair’s report for the past year.
3. Presentation of the accounts for approval.
4. Election of two board members. Eyðgerð Jonhardsdóttir and Sylvia Thomassen are up
for re-election this year. Both are standing again.
Members of Samverk who wish to stand for election to the Board must notify
samverk@samverk.fo no later than March 7th 2026.
5. Election of two substitute board members.
6. Presentation from Føroya Lívstrygging regarding Samverk’s investment profile.
7. Received proposals.
Members who wish to submit proposals to the Annual General Meeting are welcome to
send them to samverk@samverk.fo no later than March 15th 2026.
8. Miscellaneous.

Following the Annual General Meeting, Samverk will host a three-course dinner at Hotel Hilton.
There will be entertainment during the meal.

Please note that registration for the AGM is required by email to samverk@samverk.fo no later
than March 15th 2026.
